    Ordered online, everything came perfectly, plus I got a free cookie. Can't ever go wrong with that. A friendly note on the footlong box also made my day.I went in shop a few months ago with my former partner and both of us loved it.The staff was friendly and we went there a few times before we split(amicably). It was always the exact same each time. Always different staff, always friendly.I'd definitely recommend it. And I'm certain I'll go here whenever im in town.

    I went in to get me and my partner sandwiches which tasted great.The issue and reasoning behind the star review is i specifically asked for white chocolate cookies and the store owner or whoever they were repeated that back to me.They gave me cookies with giant nuts in. I have a mild allergy to them but if it were someone with a bad allergy it could of been much worse!

    I went into Subway yesterday as I fancied something healthy for lunch.The shop was clean and tidy. Staff and manager were very polite and helpful. I ordered a BMT with extra Bacon and Hash browns. The hash browns were cold eve though I had the sub toasted. I paid an extra (£) for the Bacon and Hash browns. I also ordered a potion of Nachos with salsa and cheese. They were lush. I had a meal deal with a rainbow cookie and a up drink. Both were great. The meal was lovely apart from the cold cooked has browns. It's down to personal choice really on that matter. Worth a visit both for freshness and value for money. Never have an issue with customer service and cleanliness.

    Awful experience. I went there today to grab a sandwich. The two ladies were making sandwiches for takeaway. They didn't serve me, I waited for minutes. They were very busy and they asked me to wait. They were more concerned about the orders they had to prepare. They didn't pay me any attention taking into account I enquired about one of the sandwiches. They told me in twice occasions they didn't have what I was asking for. I was the only customer in the store. I left in anger. I haven't seen something like it in my entire life. Definitely I will not come back again. They lack customer service skills which is a key for this franchise.
